I can help you discover and shift self-defeating patterns, establish healthy boundaries, navigate change and deepen leadership skills. I coach people from a range of backgrounds and professions, in English and Afrikaans. I frequently work in the mental health space (in a multidisciplinary team where needed), and have a special interest in trauma. I am an ICF accredited coach.<\/p><p>I am a Certified Integral Coach (PCC) through the Center for Coaching at the UCT Graduate School of Business and New Ventures West. Integral Coaching is both highly imaginative and deeply practical. \u201cIntegral Coaching\u00ae works in DEEPLY PRACTICAL WAYS so that who people are gets true expression in how they live.\u201d \u2013 Center for Coaching<\/p><p>I have been a serious scholar of the Enneagram for more than a decade, am Enneagram certified (level 1) through Aephoria Partners, and also completed a six month Enneagram and Trauma course \u2013 an advanced course for therapists, coaches and facilitators through Takdir Transformation,  Both are IEA accredited Enneagram schools and courses. <\/p><p>My training and previous work as Occupational Therapist enhances my ability to see and work with people in a multifaceted way, appreciate the sensory experience, and collaboratively design coaching programs. This is supplemented by my MBA and corporate experience as a management consultant, creating a unique blend of skills.<\/p><p>However, at the end of the day I feel that my contribution as a coach has a lot to do with my own personal journey, my courage and compassion to be with people in deep places &#8211; to explore together what it is to be human. To be in life and with life. We create a safe space of mutual trust, respect and openness that enables you to identify and deeply explore issues that you may currently be stuck with. This is balanced by my innate practicality, grounded assessments and ability to create and select tools you can use to move forward.<\/p><p>I live in Cape Town with my husband, son and dog. My mother is Afrikaans, my dad is Dutch. My father in law was Jewish, my mother in law is French. Our son identifies as English, bless him.<\/p><p>I love nature and gardening, keep tropical fish, am a voracious reader, and value meaningful connection and my spiritual practices.<\/p><p>I am not perfect and I don\u2019t expect you to be.
